Will face Jennifer Nassour in November 5th General Election
After an impressive showing where she earned just over 50% of the vote in a five way race, Kenzie Bok is gearing up for the runoff on November 5th.
“I am incredibly honored and proud that our supporters across the district propelled this campaign into a strong first place finish,” Kenzie said. “Even more remarkable, we won each of the five neighborhoods in the district. Montez, Kristin, and Hélène are extraordinary people who contributed so much to the campaign, the district, and our city. We have six weeks to organize for the general. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed. This was a team effort.”
Kenzie Bok will be in the November 5th runoff with Jennifer Nassour, the former Chair of the Massachusetts Republican Party, who received 18% of the vote.
“The plan for the runoff is the same as what’s led us to this point,” said Kenzie. “People are excited to hear about opportunities to come together and address our shared concerns such as affordability, transportation, climate change, and education. I look forward to talking to voters across District 8 in the next six weeks”
District 8 is comprised of the neighborhoods of Mission Hill, Fenway, Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the West End.
